Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the Suno Architect website and application (the "Service") operated by Depixion ("us", "we", or "our"), trading as Suno Architect.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.

2. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

3. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Depixion and its licensors. You retain all rights to the lyrics and song structures you create using our Service.

4. Subscription and Payments

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually). Billing is handled securely via Stripe.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

5.1. Statutory Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-off Period)
By placing an order for a Subscription, you expressly request immediate access to the Service. You acknowledge and agree that by accessing the Service immediately, you lose your statutory right to cancel this contract within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

5.2. No Refunds
As you have waived your right to a cooling-off period to receive immediate access, all Subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your Subscription at any time, but you will not receive a refund for any partial subscription period. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing cycle.

5.3. Exception
We may, at our sole discretion, consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis (e.g., in the event of a technical error where the Service was unusable).

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Depixion, nor its employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

8. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
